55seddel is right: there are very few muscular furry guys out there who aren't gay. That was not my intention with Montgomery -- I don't have much control over what my characters want (which sounds absurdly freaky when I put it that way, doesn't it). But of course, that needs to be changed...I don't even draw muscular guys too much, but what the hell, why not start?Meet Liam. A buff, subtle but brilliant wildebeest who is friends with Montgomery through the gym. Liam looks a bit dense (unfortunately that sort of goes along with the whole "being a body builder/muscular guy" thing), but he's currently working on his Doctorate of Philosophy and could probably be in MENSA if he felt it was worth his time. He's big and actually rather clumsy, but he could probably lift a garbage truck...or build a machine to do it and tell you the exact physics of how.
Also included here is Liam's girlfriend Haley, a labrador/hyena (no, she does not have a penis). Haley loves Liam with all her heart but sometimes feels a bit stupid around him -- she's reasonably bright, but hasn't ever exactly been the sharpest tool in the shed. Liam generally keeps his mind to himself, though -- he hates making others feel stupid, especially the girl he'd like to ask to marry.
